What we supply

We supply products. We do not install them, we do not survey sites and we do not carry out work on your property. Anything fitted to a building is fitted by you or by a contractor you engage.

What is your responsibility

• Working safely, particularly at height. Roof and gutter work is dangerous and should be done by someone equipped for it.
• Checking that what you fit is permitted: consents for listed or heritage buildings, body corporate rules, a shared fence agreement, and any warranty on the surface you are fixing to.
• Complying with the Wildlife Act 1953, which absolutely protects native birds along with their nests and eggs.
• Choosing a product suited to your situation. We will help if you ask, but the decision and the installation are yours.

What we do not exclude

Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Business purchases

Where goods are supplied for the purposes of a business, the parties agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply, as section 43 of that Act permits. In that case our total liability in connection with the goods is limited to the price you paid for them, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or any indirect or consequential loss.
