Who is behind Bird Spikes Company
Bird Spikes Company is part of a family-owned group of online stores. Our CEO, Renoo Caruso, is a Christian preacher based in Phetchaburi, Thailand. Renoo leads a local church with a congregation of more than 200 people and shares daily Bible teaching in Thai through renoo.faith and a YouTube channel with over 1,600 videos.
That faith shapes how we trade. Clear prices, honest product details, and a real person answering your email. We would rather lose a sale than mislead a customer.

Blunt moulded strips for fence tops and rails, sized to discourage a cat without injuring it.
Deterrents
Gel, reflective tape, hanging discs, a decoy owl and the powered repellers, for surfaces a spike cannot cover.
Netting
Knitted garden netting and the solar panel mesh kit, for whole areas rather than single ledges.
Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver across New Zealand?
Yes. We deliver to addresses across New Zealand by tracked courier. Standard delivery is free on orders of $75 or more. Below $75, Express delivery at $25 is the option offered, shown in your basket before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 2 working days, then standard delivery takes up to 7 working days by tracked courier. Express orders are dispatched within 1 working day and delivered in 3 to 5 working days. Remote and rural addresses may take longer; working days leave out weekends and public holidays.
How do I pay?
By credit or debit card through Stripe, or by PayPal. Both go through a secure checkout, and we never see or store your card details.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes. As our own policy, you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind on any unused item, and you pay the return postage. The full terms are on our Refunds and Returns page.
What if my order arrives faulty, damaged or wrong?
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund, and we pay the return postage. Email us with your order number and a photo.
Is there a showroom I can visit?
No. We are an online only shop. The New Zealand address on this page is an administration office, not a showroom or a returns depot, so please contact us before sending anything.
